The library is located at 1886 Front Street. At the intersection of East meadow Avenue and Front St (right across from Stew Leonard's)
To obtain a library card, you can get one in person or online. A valid form of ID with your East Meadow address is required.
There is no fee to obtain a card, participate in library events, or borrow materials.
EMPL Library hours 2024
Mon / Tue / Thur / Fri 9 am -9 pm
Wed. 11 am - 9 pm
Sat 9 am - 5 pm (fall/winter)
Sat. 9 am- 1 pm during the summer
Sun 5/19 - 10/1 closed on Sunday
Sun. 9/28 - 5/19 1 pm-5 pm
The library is closed on all federal holidays.

You can download thousands of electronic books, magazines, and audiobooks to your Kindle, iPad, or computer.
